This role is responsible for supporting the Test Data Management (TDM) operations team and delivering the various service offerings related to TDM.  Test Data Management Services include; TDM Design, overseeing Build, Implementation and transition of TDM changes to the TDM Operations and escalation point for TDM Operations team. This role has a high technical service focus.

 In this role you will also be responsible for:

Design, develop and maintain Test Data Management Framework. A strong focus is placed on analysis and solution design work

• Ownership of the Service Delivery Model for Test Data Management
• Manage and own the TDM knowledge catalogue
• Assist with project estimation for TDM
• Ensure initiatives adhere to TDM Solution Standards Governance across TDM Design, Build, Implementation and TDM Transition Services
• Review initiatives TDM data usage and escalate to TDM TSO/SDM non adherence
• Ensure schedules such as Pre-Production Test Environment (PPTE), Bank Enterprise Release(BER) and production data snap and TDM data extraction processes are  aligned
• Ensure initiatives do not impact the TDM solution and environment availability
• Manage TDM deliverables produced by various TDM resources to ensure the TDM Services meet the needs of initiatives

To be successful in this role you must have the below skills and experience:

5-7 years IT/Technology experience

• Exposure to Banking Applications, tools, processes
• Exposure to test planning, processes and methodologies that may include release planning activities
• Has an understanding of Service Delivery and Infrastructure
• Must have experience and knowledge in the following- SQL Queries, Oracle,  Mainframe Programming e.g Batch processes(JCL), FileAid, Unix and data masking, sub-setting concepts – preferred
• Experience in shaping priorities and managing different skills within a team
• Possess an agile mindset in delivery.
